COFFEE RETURNS

 

We proud ourselves in meeting high standards in coffee purchasing as well as in coffee roasting and only ship out coffee that meets our high standards. Because of this, you have to contact us immediately if you discover a fault or an error in your order. As coffee is a fresh product which tastes best between 6-21 days after roasting, you have to return the coffee within 7 days.

EQUIPMENT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

All coffee equipment purchases are under a 14 day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please contact coffee@blackvice.com.au with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return. Please return the goods within 14 day to Black Vice Café & Roastery, 946 Heidelberg-Kinglake Road, Hurstbridge 3096, VIC and receive a refund or exchange.

 

Please note:

  • We will not cover the return shipping charges.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All refunds for online purchases are processed through the online store to the bank account of the purchases.

  • Purchases can be exchanged at Black Vice Café & Roastery, 946 Heidelberg-Kinglake Road, Hurstbridge 3096, VIC.
