COFFEE RETURNS
We pride ourselves in meeting high standards in coffee purchasing and roasting and only ship out coffee that meets our high standards. Because of this, we do not except returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at coffee@blackvice.com.au.

MERCHANDISE & EQUIPMENT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All coffee equipment purchases are under a 14 day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please contact coffee@blackvice.com.au with your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return. Please return the goods within 14 day to Black Vice Café & Roastery, 946 Heidelberg-Kinglake Road, Hurstbridge 3096, VIC and receive a refund or exchange.
