This position could also be for a Chef de Partie looking to step up and become a Sous Chef.
​
Your day will involve being a part of the service team, managing prep levels and also completing relevant managerial tasks as required. Using local and seasonal products, creativity will be encouraged.
You should have a minimum of two years experience at the level of Commis Chef or higher.
