(Senior) Barista / FOH

As a (Senior) Barista you will need to be passionate about coffee and striving for perfection in every single coffee. Experience in specialty coffee, volumetrics and different brew methods is a must.  

You will work closely with the owner and Head of Coffee both on the coffee bar as well as in the roastery in developing coffee profiles. Weekend work will be necessary. 

We are seeking someone with a bubbly personality who enjoys engaging with customers.

Furthermore, there will be the possibility to learn about roasting coffee on a Diedrich IR12 in-house. We will be offering full-time hours with award and penalty rates with the opportunity to grow both in responsibilities and salary.

This position could be for a Commis Chef looking to steppe and become a Chef de Partie. 

Your day will involve being a part of the service team, managing prep levels and also completing relevant managerial tasks as required. Using local and seasonal products, creativity will be encouraged. 

You should have a minimum of two years experience at the level of Commis Chef or higher.
