All orders will be packed within two working days of your order being placed. We send all of our orders via Australia Post, which means you should expect to receive your order within 4-6 working days. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.
No one wants to be without coffee, so if for any reason you have not received your coffee within 7 days, please contact us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to follow it up for you.
We use Australia Post for all of our parcels.

We offer local pick-up at our café in Hurstbridge, which will be free of charge.

Pick-up is only during opening hours, Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am - 3pm.

To guarantee the freshness of your coffee, please pick-up your order within 3 days of confirmation. If you ordered your coffee ground, we will grind it when you pick it up, to keep it as fresh as possible.
If you want to order coffee from outside of Australia, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are more than happy to deliver coffee to you.
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address or mobile phone number.
